| I went on a late night walk tonight. The weather as suddenly gotten cold and rainy. Fall is finally in the air. I walked around the Evangel campus tonight with a cup of hot-chocolate. Then I stopped by the fine arts building and praticed playing the piano...It's been along time since I went on my "daily" walk, so it felt good to get out.
I hate the fact that I'm stuck in springfield and your all scattered across America and China. Why can't we all just live in the same place and been good friends forever? *sigh*... if only life would work that way. But it doesn't. This world we live in requires us to constantly readjust, meet new people and make new friends. I know it's nessary, but it's not always easy. Overall, things are going well though :) I think of you all often.
I've been busier than ever since I started working working... I'm working at a chinese resturant across the steet. Isn't that weird? I never imagined that I would be invovled in the food industry. It's so far from what my interests are. But at least it's a source of income. Although I'm busy, I've still managed to find time to do what I really enjoy... music!!! yeah :) I just finished by best project ever... "In The Dark" It took me all week and now I'm finally done. I started working on another song this afternoon with vocals... it very abstract and depressing... so yeah... that sorta killed my train of thought :) I hope you're all doing well.

| Well, it's late Wenesday night and I'm feeling setimental. I just got down reading your Xanga page Cindy... It sounds like you had a good time with Michelle :) College life has been going good so far, but I'm missing Beijing more than ever. I feel like I can relate to you guys more. No one here knows me at the same level many of you do. It's part of human nature to want intimacy.... Maybe I should get a girlfriend... haha ;) Nah, I have a feeling it'll be a while before that happens. I miss jamming after PW, eating a grandma's kitchen and my long walks around the Purple Jade. And I miss laying on the grass and playing my guitar durring the long summer afternoons.... running in the rain with Dave Brainer and eating at Sculpting in Time with Michelle. Making hot air balloons with Jensen and dropping Alana's candle on the floor! Hahaha... yeah...we've had some good times together. God has been good :) Even now, although I miss Beijing like crazy, I have nothing to complain about. I'm meeting new people all the time and new relationships are beginning to develop, although nothing could replace the old ones... I know that while I was in Beijing, I often seemed independent and alittle ready to leave... all this "I miss you" crap might come as a suprise to some of you, but it's true. Now that I'm gone I realize more than ever how awesome you all are.... Anyway, it's getting late. I have to wake up early tomorrow for my Art class :)
